Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.2. Customer Service:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.3. Staff Management:Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.4. Sales and Financial Management:Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.5. Fleet Management:Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.6.
