Infinite specializes in B2B hotel distribution for tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks, offering an inventory made up exclusively of direct contracts without intermediaries. Our inventory is accessible via a cutting-edge API and integrated into major technological platforms worldwide. Currently, customers in over 90 countries source their products daily from our unique inventory.
MISSION
This home-based position in Europe holds full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), aiming to encourage clients to connect to our API. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, and managing relationships at all management levels. The role supports a variety of clients, with a focus on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on new business development.
* Achieve sales targets individually and as part of a team.
* Interact mainly via email, phone, and virtual meetings with existing clients; some travel may be required.
* Visit clients and prospects as necessary.
* Close new sales opportunities continuously.
* Coordinate with internal Finance, Connection, and Operations departments to ensure an optimal client experience.
* Acquire targeted clients with thorough follow-up from registration to booking.
* Deliver effective sales presentations to secure new business.
* Plan meetings and visits; analyze data.
* Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports.
* Update CRM system daily.
* Execute company strategies and directives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with API understanding preferred. An excellent sales track record can substitute for less than 5 years of experience. Preference will be given to those with API sales experience or similar background.
Other qualities include excellent market contacts, target-driven attitude, understanding of technology and online distribution, strong communication skills, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and flexibility to travel. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Candidates should be confident presenters and communicators.
