Responsibilities
* Lead the transition from monitoring-only to active incident ownership
* Define and implement structured NOC processes and escalation paths
* Ensure alerts trigger defined workflows rather than manual forwarding
* Implement alert correlation and pattern detection to reduce noise
* Consolidate monitoring tools including Grafana, LoRaWAN portals, SIM platforms and VPN systems
* Build, mentor and develop a technically capable NOC team
* Establish KPIs and operational metrics
* Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base
* Act as stakeholder interface across technical and regional teams
Skills / Must Have
* Strong background in network or infrastructure operations
* Experience building or scaling a NOC or similar function
* Solid Linux knowledge
* Strong IP networking fundamentals
* Experience designing escalation and incident management frameworks
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
* Fluent English
