What You´ll Do
You will collaborate across the People & Culture department and contribute to impactful initiatives, including:
- Support communications and change management projects: Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners: Help manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.
- Editorial calendar management: Participate in scheduling and content coordination.
- Measure impact: Track activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness.
- Event coordination: Support the organisation of internal and external events that foster engagement and culture.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Preferably a degree in Communication / Journalism / Advertisement, or a related field. We're flexible
- Postgraduate studies are a plus but not required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and experience managing SharePoint sites.
- Familiarity with Canva for content creation.
Experience
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in communications or related roles.
