UST España & Latam is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to design and develop solutions within our cloud contact center platform. This position primarily operates remotely with potential on-site attendance in Madrid approximately once a month.
The idóneo candidate should have 3-7+ years in contact-center development and at least two years working specifically with Genesys Cloud. Proficiency in English B2+/C1 is required, as well as familiarity with Servicenow and Jira.
