Design and implement data strategies aligned with business goals to generate actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.Handle high workloads with strong ownership and accountability.Requirements
Mastery in Data Processes:
Ability to analyze complex data processes and design scalable solutions.Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting:
Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.SQL & Database Management:
Advanced SQL skills and experience managing databases.Proficiency in Spreadsheets & Office Tools:
Mastery of Excel and other tools for analysis and presentation.Experience with Data Pipelines and Engineering:
Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.Proficiency in Python and/or other analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Machine Learning:
Exposure to ML techniques and predictive analytics models.Leadership Skills:
