We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in launching crop protection products and building strong networks in the agribusiness sector. Fluency in Spanish or Italian and a passion for bringing innovative solutions to market are essential.
Key responsibilities
* Commercialize Globachem's innovative crop protection products in South‑European countries.
* Provide market insights, map competition and assess competing products.
* Translate technical knowledge into compelling recommendations for quick market adoption.
* Lead pre‑launch initiatives and support distributors for successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
* Build and maintain a network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers in Spain and Italy, and extend it to other South‑European markets.
* Coordinate annual trial plans meeting regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
* Represent Globachem at local congresses, symposiums and industry events.
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, R&D, Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other departments.
* Select distribution partners and set pricing with the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications & skills
* Degree in Agronomy, Bio‑engineering or related field.
* Minimum 7 years in a commercial crop protection role with experience in new product launches.
* Native or fluent Spanish or Italian; strong command of English.
* Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
* Strategic, results‑oriented, self‑starter with a growth mindset.
* Flexible travel across South‑Europe and to headquarters in Belgium.
* Team player, innovative, and capable of building industry relationships.
