Main Functions:
* Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, sales visits, trade shows, fairs, etc.)
* Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). Proper follow-ups liaising with the Contracting Team.
* Analyze local market trends
* Organize hotel tours and commercial visits to current and potential customers
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Ensure all KPIs are exceeded daily and monthly
* Assist the Contracting Team to ensure proper proposals are sent
* Follow up on event leads, gathering information on client needs and decisions
* Support in the preparation of PR events at the hotel
* Account management for specific accounts (DMCs, corporate, associations, etc.)
* Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in promotional activities
Required Profile:

* Commercial initiative

Specific Knowledge:
* Excellent command of English, written and spoken
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of hotel management systems, preferably SAP
* Understanding of different hotel segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, etc.)
Professional Experience:
* Minimum 2 years in a hotel sales role with a proven track record
Education:
* Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business preferred
