About this roleJob PurposeHandling Technical Sales operations in the Personal Care area, including face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers through various sales channels, assessing customer needs, developing sales bids and proposals and executing the sales contract, and identifying and building relationships with prospective customers, aligning with the sales strategy to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Critical resultsManaging the following General Sales Operations processes to ensure the achievement of targets:Development of existing and new B2B customersConsultation with customers on their formulations and application developmentsProject/sample management, documentation, and follow-upBudget, forecast, price, and margin managementContinuous collection and documentation (ERP/ BRM) of market information about customers, products, competition, suppliers, applications, and market trendsExecution of sales and marketing strategies
Tasks and responsibilitiesInitiate/follow up sales, including starting projects, sending samples, and price offers. Work on forecasting, managing complaints, and ensuring good service to the customersVisit customers for sales and customer satisfaction purposes.Report sales orders and customer or product data in BRM.Collect and update market info in BRM to support todays and future business. Correct sales and customer data processing in BRM.

About YouEducation and ExperienceDegree in Chemistry, Pharma, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related fieldA master's degree in cosmetology or Dermopharmacy is a plus, but not requiredLanguage skills: Spanish and EnglishInterest in or basic knowledge of personal care ingredients/products or application areas is an advantage
