What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Understanding of APIs and Infrastructure as Code as cloud native interfaces.Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure).Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or OCI/Azure/GCP/AWS native tools).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A passion for continuous learning and innovation in cloud observability.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Collaborate with customers to design and fine-tune observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Be a pioneer in building practical, impactful observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Develop and test monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using native OCI Observability & Management tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Work with senior engineers and customers to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.Support innovation workshops by demonstrating the power of modern observability practices in real-world use cases.Assist in the integration of third-party observability tools with OCI environments.Create dashboards and visualizations to improve operational transparency.Share learnings and best practices in cloud coaching sessions and internal knowledge sharing.Participate in proof-of-concept projects that showcase the value of observability in customer success.
