Veeva Content DevelopmentBuild and maintain CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations within Veeva CRM.Develop and deploy Approved Emails using Veeva Approved Email and Engage functionalities.Create and configure digital assets, including CLM presentations, Approved Emails, and Fragments.Troubleshoot and resolve rendering and functionality issues in Veeva presentations and emails.Demonstrate familiarity with Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms.Configure and manage content components, shared resources, and document relationships.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure accurate deployment in production environments.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows and improve user experience within Veeva CRM.Quality, Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all deliverables comply with pharmaceutical regulations, including MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) requirements.Validate content using Veeva preview and testing tools across multiple devices and browsers.Maintain thorough documentation, version control, and audit trails for all deployed materials.Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.Collaboration & Project DeliveryPartner with Brand and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into functional assets.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and medical reviewers throughout the content development lifecycle.Provide effort estimates and contribute to project planning alongside Project Management teams.Communicate technical constraints clearly and offer practical implementation recommendations.Adecuado Profile4–7 years of relevant experience, including experience managing or leading a team of Veeva developers.Strong hands-on expertise in Veeva PromoMats, with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Proven experience in developing Veeva CLM presentations, Approved Emails, and Fragments, along with asset publishing, updates, and lifecycle management within Veeva.Working knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms.Familiarity with responsive email design and cross-browser compatibility.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) for minor artwork adjustments.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience working with project management tools such as Jira.Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative working style.Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
