What You’ll Do
Shape and refine cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business and technology goals. Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, programmes, and execution plans. Advise senior stakeholders and prepare decision-ready leadership materials. Lead cross-functional initiatives with governance, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. Drive organisational change, stakeholder alignment, and structured communication. Monitor performance, risks, and programme impact, recommending course corrections.
What You Bring
3–8 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk, or advisory roles (consulting background ideal). Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Structured, analytical mindset focused on measurable results. Curiosity, adaptability, and passion for evolving cybersecurity challenges.
Bonus Points
Experience with enterprise-wide security or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001. Exposure to cloud security, OT/IT convergence, or regulated industries.
