* Salesforce certified
* Former Java developer (Nice to Have)
* Soft skills: smile, good communication, asks questions, seeks to understand, works with strong team spirit
* Hard skills: architecture, theoretical knowledge of languages beyond syntax, able to explain algorithms with simple examples
* Proactive, able to connect the team with other teams
* Strong logical background to understand the structural logic of IT languages
* Client-centric mindset
* Ability to perform small to medium architecture
* English fluent, French a plus
* Hybrid work
* Location: Barcelona
Responsibilities
* Contribute as part of the Salesforce Team on Salesforce projects and initiatives
* Engage in architectural tasks for small to medium scope solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain client-centric focus
Required Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce platform (SalesCloud)
* APEX development experience
* REST API experience (Nice to Have)
* Salesforce certification
* Nice to Have: prior Java development experience
* Strong soft skills: communication, collaboration, proactive questioning
* Strong hard skills: architectural thinking, conceptual understanding of languages, ability to explain algorithms
* Proactive, team-oriented, and able to link teams
* Excellent English; French is a plus
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model
* Barcelona-based or eligible to work in the location
