The Job The Microsoft 365 Exchange & Collaboration Expert is part of a team maintaining the support and delivery of the M365 Exchange & Collaboration services for all AXA entities worldwide. This is a key role within the M365 global Product Line team.
Main responsibilities Maintain the global M365 platform, including planned maintenance, updates and upgrades; patching; migrations; consolidations; deployments; and project support.
Assess and test new Exchange Online & M365 Collaboration features released by Microsoft.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
Maintain Operational, Configuration or Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.
Manage knowledge transfer of operations to L2 teams to shift left activities.
Provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365.
Provide 3rd/4th level support; liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
Assess security threats and implement countermeasures to comply with group recommendations and legal obligations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security and compliance teams to address security threats, configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment and on-premises platform; ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
Provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform and collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, Group Security teams and AXA entities.
What we expect: Skills & Experience Technical Skills Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants with a large user base (e.g., 50k+ users)
Minimum 3 years designing, documenting and maintaining large-scale messaging infrastructures
Minimum 3 years in a Hybrid provisioning and authentication environment with Microsoft 365
Minimum 3 years as senior Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and M365 Collaboration expert
Minimum 3 years integrating line-of-business applications with Exchange Online via Microsoft Graph / EWS
Minimum 3 years PowerShell scripting
Experience in international and heterogeneous environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender
Soft Skills Excellent oral and written communication
Strong technical teamwork and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a collaborative team, continuously learning
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to build relationships with IT management and client departments
Ability to explain technical concepts to business users
Solid knowledge of Information Security principles
Ability to articulate technical vision and lead a small team
English at daily business level (spoken/written)
Nice to Have Broad knowledge of information systems including Windows security, network security, systems development, networks, security software/hardware, and other operating systems
C# development and Terraform
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication
