Senior Cloud Solutions Architect (Azure)
Azure Solutions Architect (Remote from Spain) • Chazo, Galicia, España
To lead a large‑scale cloud modernization and migration program for one of our strategic clients. A high level of English is required, as you will work in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end cloud transformations to Microsoft Azure.
* Design secure architectures (HLD/LLD) aligned with enterprise standards and Zero Trust.
* Drive large‑scale migrations (Hyper‑V, AS400, Oracle, legacy data centers) to Azure and hybrid platforms.
* Design scalable network architectures (ExpressRoute, VPN, Firewall, Hub & Spoke).
* Define BCDR and backup strategies aligned with RPO/RTO.
* Act as technical lead for architecture reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Requirements
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, security, governance).
* Hands‑on experience with Azure Migrate and Dr. Migrate.
* Proven experience in Oracle migrations (OCI / Oracle on Azure).
* Experience with AS400 / IBM i environments and modernization strategies.
* Solid knowledge of enterprise networking (DNS, IP addressing, load balancing, hybrid connectivity).
* At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Cloud Architect / Solutions Architect role.
* Strong experience producing deployment‑ready LLDs and strategic HLDs.
* Excellent communication skills to manage complex technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* English at least C1 level.
Nice to have
* Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ‑305).
* Microsoft Certified – Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ‑700).
* Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Professional.
* Experience with large enterprise migration programs and regulated environments.
