The team moves fast and operates with a high bar. We’re hiring a Creative Strategist with heavy direct response experience. You must have lived and breathed direct response advertising and VSL-style creative—knowing the beats, pacing, proof, and psychology that drive conversions. Develop a creative strategy by offer, funnel, and awareness stage; publish weekly test plans. ● Generate net-new DR angles from learnings, competitor swipes, and cultural trends. ● Write iteration briefs (hook swaps, lead/body edits, CTA tests, packaging, captions) with clear hypotheses. ● Brief content creators with DR talking tracks, shot lists, compliance guardrails, and demo guidelines. ● Translate performance data (Hook, Hold, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) into new test briefs within 1–3 days. Own weekly sprints: intake → brief → production → QA → launch → iteration. ● QA assets for typos, compliance, pacing, audio, and render quality. ● Review editor work with time-stamped, DR-specific notes (cut logic, proof beats, motion/graphics, sound). ● Coordinate with Media/Growth to ensure launches hit deadlines. ● Use light automation/AI for cut-downs, resizing, and captions. ● Manage creator usage rights and content expirations. 100–200 DR ads shipped weekly, 98% QA pass rate. ● Clean DAM and clear creative pipeline visible to Growth/Media. Track record of writing/briefing iterations and content creators for DR assets. ● Data-driven mindset; Clear communicator who pushes creative toward DR performance.
