Where needed, establish a local agency hub to support market-specific needs, always aligned with Changan Europe’s overall strategy, processes, and creative direction. /lilistrongRetail Partner Management: /strong Collaborate closely with local retail partners and dealerships to support hyper-local marketing activations. Ensure brand consistency at the point of sale, align on launch activities, and drive engagement through tailored local initiatives. /lilistrongLocalization: /strong Adapt central brand and campaign assets to local market requirements across social media, events, PR, CRM, and retail materials. /lilistrongPerformance Monitoring: /strong Define and track KPIs for brand awareness, campaign performance, website engagement, and media effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights and regular reporting. /lilistrongBudget ROI Responsibility: /strong Own the Spain marketing budget.
