Accessible via a latest-generation API and integrated into major technological platforms. Customers in over 90 countries source their products daily from our inventory.
MISSION
This home-based position in Europe involves full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), encouraging clients to connect to our API. The role includes new business development, account management, and relationship building with all management levels, focusing primarily on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on new business acquisition and work toward sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
* Engage frequently via email, phone, and virtual meetings with existing clients, with some travel involved.
* Visit clients and prospects as needed.
* Close new sales opportunities continuously.
* Coordinate with Finance, Connection, and Operations departments to ensure optimal client experience.
* Manage targeted client acquisition from registration to booking with diligent follow-up.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.
* Plan meetings and visits; analyze data.
* Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports.
* Update CRM daily.
* Execute directives aligned with company strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with API understanding preferred. An excellent sales record can substitute for less experience. Preference given to those with API sales experience or similar. Candidates should have excellent market contacts, be results-oriented, tech-savvy, and resourceful. Flexibility to travel nationally and abroad is required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Confident in presentations and communication.
