In this role you will oversee a portfolio of industrial assets in Spain and serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams. You will balance service quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance to drive portfolio value. You will work closely with leasing, legal, accounting, construction, and operations to support both day‑to‑day asset management and strategic customer engagement. The position offers impact through improving service delivery and expanding value with Prologis products and services. This opportunity combines local responsibility with the backing of a global platform to shape customer experiences in logistics real estate.

• Manage a portfolio of industrial properties and customer relationships, acting as the trusted contact during the contract term
• Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service by addressing requests, issues, and operational needs
• Identify and support revenue opportunities by aligning Prologis offerings with customer needs
• Develop, monitor, and report on property budgets, financial performance, and business plans
• Negotiate and manage vendor/service agreements to keep properties safe, compliant, and well-maintained
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer activity, providing insights and reporting to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with leasing, regulatory, and operations teams to support transactions, compliance, and projects
Responsabilidades
• Experience managing commercial or industrial real estate assets xpzdshu and customer relationships
• Experience developing and managing property budgets and financial reporting
• Knowledge of commercial lease administration and Spanish leasing regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned portfolio
• Professional working proficiency in English
