To ensure the security and resilience of our digital domain, we are searching for a Cybersecurity Trainee (Cyber Resilience). Fluidra has a dedicated Security Committee and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and a Global Cybersecurity Strategic Plan outlining our commitment to protection across various areas. As a member of the Cyber Resilience team, you will collaborate with experts to counter emerging threats and uphold our digital trust. 
Responsibilities 
- Support the maintenance and review of incident response playbooks, battlecards, and crisis communication materials. 
- Assist in organizing tabletop exercises, including preparing injects, documenting outcomes, and tracking lessons learned. 
- Contribute to the review and mapping of disaster recovery (DR) and backup documentation across regions. 
- Participate in internal audits of critical services to verify resilience baselines and identify potential improvement areas. 
- Assist in weekly incident reviews to follow up on actions and capture lessons learned with the cybersecurity team.

- Proficiency in English for daily communication with international colleagues and managers.
