As the Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CMO, you will play an integral role in ensuring the successful execution of Carta's marketing strategy. You will work closely with the CMO to identify and find solutions to marketing obstacles, drive operational efficiency, foster effective communication, and provide strategic support. MBA or equivalent experience preferredSalaryCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.
