In this Senior Analyst role, you support BCG Vantage assets and client-focused work within the People and Organization practice. You contribute to cases, proposals, and client workshops by turning analysis into actionable insights and delivering high-quality materials. You may travel to client sites to understand needs and co-create solutions with case teams. You also help develop IP and onboard junior colleagues, strengthening our capability to transform client organizations. This role pairs strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive value for complex transformations.

• Deliver discrete modules and milestones for client engagements and produce client-ready deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Codify and expand knowledge and IP (tools/assets) for reuse across client contexts
• Communicate with case teams and clients to align on solutions and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively in sometimes-virtual teams and apply agile ways of working
• Contribute to developing IP/assets, onboarding juniors, and supporting commercialization of topics/sectors
• Support enterprise-wide organization design, operating model, governance, and AI-enabled process redesign initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of consulting experience xpzdshu in Organization Design & Operating Model, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish a bonus
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
• Experience delivering client-ready materials and managing milestones
