Design Rush.com, the leading B2 B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all core marketing and growth activities across the platform.

The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

Goals

Driving Agency Directory revenue

Own tracking and reporting systems end-to-end

Coordinating cross-department execution (Marketing, Sales, Content, Dev)

Eliminating operational blockers

Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable results

Design Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

Responsibilities

Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing

Oversee key growth levers : Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts

Own all marketing tracking : Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)

Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones

Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges

Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth

Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels

Requirements

5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader

Experience managing and leading a team

Proven experience in B2 B marketing

Experience growing social media channels

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong, goal-oriented mindsetAbility to strategize and solve problems

Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
