What You'll Do:
Join a newly formed team at the core of a major finance transformation. As part of the Core Finance Tribe within our Internal IT department, you will contribute to the move from multiple custom solutions to a single, global Oracle Fusion Cloud platform .
As our Senior R2R Business Analyst, you report to the IT R2R Product Owner and play a key role in shaping, delivering, and evolving our core finance solution. This is a critical, hands-on role, combining deep business analysis with strong functional and configuration expertise.
During the project phase, you support the Product Owner by challenging integrator deliverables, ensuring solution quality, and driving solid functional design.
Post go-live, you become one of the key IT owners for run & evolve, delivering enhancements and new capabilities across the R2R scope.
What you'll do
* Lead or co-lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
* Design and document functional solutions for core finance modules (GL, AP, AR)
* Review and challenge functional designs, configurations, and test scenarios delivered by the integrator
* Ensure solution designs leverage Oracle standard functionalities and meet operational needs
* Own the delivery of functional enhancements (new entities, accounting rules, payment formats, etc.)
* Act as the functional reference for complex R2R topics and issue resolution
* Contribute to integration design and end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), ensuring data integrity and controls
* Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, local GAAP, and internal control requirements
Who You Are:
* You have 5+ years of experience in ERP functional roles, with strong exposure to Record to Report processes
* You bring hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Finance, especially GL, AP, and AR
* You are comfortable in a hybrid role, combining requirements workshops, solution design, and system configuration
* You have a strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks
* You enjoy investigating complex functional issues and taking ownership through resolution
* You collaborate easily with Finance, IT, and external partners, and communicate clearly in English
