About the role
We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company helping over 10,000+ e-commerce businesses improve conversion rates through an advanced search and product discovery solution.
This is a full outbound, full-cycle sales role with ownership from prospecting to closing.
You will work remotely from Spain after onboarding in Madrid.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full B2B sales cycle (outbound focus)
* Identify and contact new e-commerce prospects in DACH markets
* Conduct discovery and product demo calls
* Close deals and negotiate commercial terms
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Work with clear KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience (closing experience required)
* Experience in outbound or high-volume sales environments
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
* Native / C2 German (mandatory)
* B2 English minimum
* EU passport or valid work authorization for Spain
* Currently living in Spain (no relocation support)
* Full-time availability
Compensation
* €30,000 base salary
* €15,000 OTE uncapped commission
* Permanent contract
