Main responsibilities Creative Music SupervisionLead music research and selection for campaigns, fashion shows, film, and branded contentCraft and present music decks that tell the story behind each track and its relevance to the projectTranslate client briefs into original and contextually relevant musical directionsMaintain a deep and current knowledge of music culture, spanning catalogues, artists, labels and emerging scenes
Music Rights & Clearance Navigate and understand the music rights landscape: ownership, cost, and structure and approach pitching with commercial awarenessAssess feasibility: rights holders, costs, and clearance complexityEngage directly with labels, publishers, and artists to formalise clearances
Account Management & Creative Delivery Manage day-to-day client communication, presenting proposals and guiding creative discussionsContribute to presentations, creative reviews, and briefing sessions with clarity and intentEnsure all outputs meet the studio's high creative standards, with deliberate and intentional choices
Project Management Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and potential challengesCollaborate with the Lead Music Supervisor and studio team on complex projects, edits, and bespoke sound designContribute to the studio's creative culture through research, curation, and internal inspiration
Core skills/experience 3–4 years of experience in music supervision, sync, or a related creative roleDeep musical fluency across independent and contemporary scenes, from catalogues to emerging artistsStrong creative instinct with the ability to articulate musical choices in contextSolid understanding of music rights and licensing, including clearance processes and deal structuresProven experience presenting to clients and managing projects from brief to final deliveryExcellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects with precisionClear, confident, and professional communication skills
Nice to Have Experience with luxury brands, fashion houses, or premium agenciesFamiliarity with union frameworks (AFM, SAG-AFTRA)A strong editorial sensibility and experience across fashion shows, film, or long-form content
