The role will primarily support the META, Israel, and Africa regions, with possible ad hoc support for other regions as needed. This position will include:

1. Analyzing customers' inventory, existing, and previous contracts.
2. Generating and supporting quotes.
3. Preparing contracts and order forms.
4. Capturing all non-standard approvals.
5. Submitting deals upon signature of contracts/order forms.
6. Providing effective customer service for all internal customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services such as:
7. Legal Level 1 support and generating contractual agreements.
8. Ensuring orders comply with licensing policies in accordance with corporate, SOX, revenue recognition policies, and procedures.
9. Ensuring all orders are submitted timely according to established deadlines.
10. Validating and processing all orders with focus on accuracy and completeness.
11. Understanding license and software accounting, legal operations, and license revenue recognition requirements.
12. Supporting and navigating various steps of the opportunity lifecycle across teams, delivering a wide variety of quotation requests and compliant order forms.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A bachelor’s degree or 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; Arabic is an advantage.
* A basic understanding of the sales environment.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of SaaS, On-Premise, and Mainframe environments.
* Ability to work well in a team.
