We are seeking a confirmed International Sales Developer to strengthen and expand our global presence in the coco-peat substrates market.

Position Overview

The International Sales Developer will be responsible for developing sales activities in international markets, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for our range of coco-peat substrates dedicated to horticulture and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute international sales strategies for coco-peat substrates
* Identify and grow new markets, distributors, and strategic partners
* Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients
* Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends
* Negotiate contracts and close commercial agreements
* Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Profile Required

* Proven experience in international sales, preferably in coco-peat, substrates, horticulture, or agri/agro inputs
* Strong understanding of international trade and export markets
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset
