About the Role We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to drive visibility, engagement, and qualified leads to our platforms — starting withLonaand other upcoming ventures.
You'll own our growth engine : from social presence and content to performance tracking and funnel optimization.
Responsibilities Manage and grow our presence across platforms where traders and investors are active (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TradingView, Discord, etc.)
Build campaigns that connect with the trading and finance community — from awareness to conversion
Create and distribute high-quality content that communicates our platform's value to users and partners
Design and optimize lead funnels (landing pages, email sequences, and analytics tracking)
Experiment with acquisition strategies — SEO, partnerships, paid channels, and influencer collaborations
Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) and report actionable insightsWork closely with product and design teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
Requirements 2+ years in digital marketing or growth (startup experience preferred)
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation
Great communication and content creation skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
Curiosity for tech, AI, or financial products
Nice to Have Experience or interest in trading, investing, or financial markets
Experience working with or integrating AI-driven marketing or analytics tools
Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, X Ads)
Understanding of funnel metrics (CAC, CTR, ROI, etc.)
