for our Apps vertical to work with our dream team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.

How Will You Make a Difference
Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring cross-team communication and alignment
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development
Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members
Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting
Possess a comprehensive understanding of product management best practices and industry trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agile methodologies and ceremonies
Act as a liaison between the Product Owner team and higher-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
Requirements

Extensive experience in product management with a specialization in mobile apps, indicating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the mobile space
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, showcasing the capacity to inspire and motivate teams toward shared goals, fostering a positive and growth-oriented team culture
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, showcasing leadership skills that contribute to effective collaboration and synergy among team members
Deep knowledge of product management best practices, agile methodologies, and ceremonies, indicating a solid foundation in industry-standard approaches to product development
Conduct regular assessments of the Product Owner team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
