Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Services team provides comprehensive technical support throughout the design, planning, delivery, and operation of Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We support data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure the customers of Amazon Web Services have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations technical support managers, and other vital roles. We’re seeking a Logistics Technical Support Specialist to join the Amazon Web Services China Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll provide support and expertise for logistics operations in data centers under Amazon Web Services China Regions.
Responsibilities Provide technical support for receiving, stowing, picking, packaging, and shipping processes
Support inventory accuracy maintenance and availability monitoring
Coordinate with operating partners, internal stakeholders, vendors, and procurement teams to help optimize inventory levels
Provide technical guidance for storage facility management and administration

Basic Qualifications Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance, stock control functions and reverse logistics
Preferred Qualifications - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
