Junior Brand & Creative AssistantAt Belcost, we curate exceptional experiences across the Balearic Islands and beyond, frombespoke travel and ultra-luxury villas to yachting, private aviation, art, culture and exclusiveaccess.Guided by a strong sense of savoir-faire in luxury, Belcost is a private concierge and lifestyleatelier built around discretion, refinement and a deeply personalized approach.We are currently looking for a Junior Brand & Creative Assistant to support the day-to-dayexecution of the brand and work closely alongside the creative direction.Todos los posibles candidatos deben leer con atención los siguientes detalles de este trabajo antes de presentar una candidatura.Role OverviewThis is a junior role for someone with strong aesthetic sensitivity, excellent attention to detailand a genuine interest in luxury, visual culture and brand communication.The role is not focused on performance marketing or content production, but on supportingthe visual and creative consistency of the brand across different touchpoints.Key Responsibilities-Support the day-to-day execution of the Belcost brand across digital and offline touchpoints-Assist with layouts, presentations, PDFs and branded materials-Select, organise and curate visual assets including photography, references and video content-Support social media needs from a brand perspective: structure, visual coherence, captions and publishing support-Coordinate with external creatives and collaborators, including videographer and partners-Help maintain visual consistency across all brand communications-Support creative research and references for campaigns, seasonal moments and brand initiatives-Assist with copy adaptation and short-form written content in English-Organise content, assets and brand materials internallyProfile-Junior profile with 1–2 years of experience, or a strong portfolio / visual eye-Background in branding, design, visual communication or similar-Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of composition, layout and imagery Organised, proactive and detail-oriented-Comfortable working across different types of creative and support tasks Interested in luxury, travel, hospitality, fashion, art or lifestyle sectorsSkills-Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-Good eye for editorial layouts, image selection and visual storytelling-Understanding of social media formats from a brand perspective-Strong organisational skills and ability to support multiple ongoing projectsWhat we valueTaste and visual cultureSensitivity to detailInitiative and curiosityA natural understanding of refinement, discretion and contemporary luxuryDetailsPart-time position (4–6h / day)Ibiza (on-site office)Start date: Immediate.Please include portfolio, visual references or Instagram if relevant. xqbhyrx Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
