Role Overview
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be at the heart of our development strategy. More than just a sales position, this is a key role with a direct impact on the company’s growth and the potential to become a partner in the firm. You are both a strategist and an operational leader, capable of building and executing an ambitious sales strategy.
Responsibilities
* Define and lead the sales strategy for the insurance sector
* Identify, qualify, and engage the right stakeholders (insurance companies, mutuals, brokers, etc.)
* Build and develop a structured sales pipeline (from prospecting to closing)
* Manage complex sales cycles in a B2B environment
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop relevant solutions
* Represent the company at trade shows and events
* Actively contribute to shaping the go‑to‑market strategy
Qualifications
* Proven experience in IT services sales (IT services firms/IT consulting firms)
* Ideally, experience in an organization with €5 to €20 million in revenue
* Strong understanding of the insurance sector and IT challenges
* Proficiency in complex sales cycles
* Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and a strong results‑oriented mindset
* Fluency in Spanish required — French and/or English preferred
