We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the EU region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.

Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking.
Localized Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across Spanish -speaking all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Good command of English and Spanish for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).
Existing partner, affiliate, community, or KOL resources that can contribute value in the short term.
Experience in digital platforms, online services, fintech, or other performance-driven industries, or strong personal familiarity with similar ecosystems.
Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based outcomes.
