How can you help us?
Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA landscape to align with evolving business and technical requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring system stability, integrity, and security through proactive performance tuning, upgrades, and installation planning while supporting effective collaboration across IT teams to optimize operations, manage integrations, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Main responsibilities include:
* Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.
* Analyze and optimize system performance, including memory management and workload balancing.
* Perform upgrades, enhancement package installations, and SAP notes implementation with minimal business impact.
* Implement and manage SAP security settings, user roles, and authorization profiles in line with governance policies.
* Handle escalated issues related to SAP system performance, user access, and application errors.
* Troubleshoot technical incidents and system misconfigurations.
* Monitor system health, identify issues, and resolve failures.
* Manage integration with other enterprise applications, including third-party and cloud services.
* Maintain technical documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.
* Collaborate with SAP functional teams, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Skills and competencies required:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
* Experience in SAP consulting or support roles.
* Knowledge of SAP CALM, BTP, and CPI.
* Understanding of key business processes and SAP integration.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
* Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and responsibly.
This position can be based in Spain or Germany.
