We also offer on-demand road transport services thanks to our B2B transport network. Our in-house team of agents specializes in express freight and ensures optimal capacity coverage throughout Europe for when you to give a boost to your capacity. Your mission
We are looking for an Account Manager who will become part of our Operations team. You will manage our customers and support the expansion of our carrier network, to meet the needs of our customers and offer the best quality service on the market.
Your profile
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in road transport logistics
* Successfully completed a commercial or logistics education
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP
* Fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language is a plus
* Comfortable in ambiguity and high-changing environments
* People oriented
* Ability to multi-task and possess good organizational skills.
What You Will Do
* Develop strong relationships with customers
* Resolve conflicts, assist and provide solutions, being the escalation point to team members, carriers and customers, in a timely manner
* Consolidate and maintain the commercial relationship with new customers of the assigned market
* Monitor and control ongoing logistic KPIs of the Operation’s team (in-time delivery, transit times, delivery exceptions, etc. )
* Obtain customer-specific APIs and related documentation for Tennders' internal teams, to support the growth of our platform
* Create the pricing of the customer inside the application and manage the exportation processes and documentation
* Supervise different processes of the Operations team on daily bases and support with the organization of internal team work
