Role Description
To drive and elevate the proactive sales strategy within a luxury hospitality environment on the Costa del Sol, focusing on high-value business opportunities, premium client acquisition, and brand positioning within international luxury markets. The role is instrumental in maximizing revenue across key segments including Luxury Leisure, Corporate, and MICE, with a strong emphasis on personalized client relationships and bespoke experiences.
Jey Responsabilities
· Design and execute a proactive sales strategy aligned with the property's luxury positioning and commercial objectives.
· Identify and acquire high-end clients, luxury travel advisors, and key international accounts.
· Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of VIP clients and strategic partners, ensuring long-term loyalty.
· Conduct international sales trips, client visits, and representation at luxury trade shows (e.G., ILTM, FITUR, WTM).
· Develop strong relationships with luxury consortia (Virtuoso, Traveller Made, Signature, etc.).
· Drive revenue through targeted actions in Luxury Leisure, Corporate, and MICE segments.
· Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize rate strategy, segmentation, and profitability.
· Work with Marketing to deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with luxury brand standards.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the luxury segment.
· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
· Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury service.
Qualifications
· Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in luxury hospitality sales
· Proven track record in proactive sales and high-end client acquisition
· Strong experience in international markets and luxury segments
· Fluent English & Spanish (mandatory)
· Additional languages are a plus
· Specialization in luxury hospitality or sales is highly valued
· Previous experience on the Costa del Sol or similar luxury destinations is highly preferred
