A proactive and analytical Logistics Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer role supports the optimization, standardization, and efficiency of logistics and supply chain operations. This role will play a key part in driving process improvements, supporting operational systems, and enhancing business performance across logistics flows.
What Will You Do?
* Analyze, optimize, and standardize logistics and supply chain processes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
* Support the implementation and enhancement of logistics systems and operational tools.
* Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams.
* Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and workflows.
* Support warehouse, material flow, and transportation process improvements.
* Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies within daily operations.
* Ensure alignment between operational processes and business objectives.
What Do You Need?
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
* More than 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain processes.
* Experience working with ERP systems and operational tools.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Process Standardization.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Advanced level of English.
