Reports To: Direct Sales Manager, EMEA Region
Spain (Home-based with frequent travel across the region)
The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain & KOL relationships within Spain for the company's IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Spanish fertility sector.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams.
Account Management
Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies.
Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
Work closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution.
Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IVF industry.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both Spanish and English).
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
