You will be part of the team responsible for Customer Care and Portal Solutions, focusing on Operational Service and Application Management for the Customer Services organization by designing, developing, and delivering digital solutions.

Responsibilities
Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.
Business Analyst
Functional Analysis of new customer requirements
Defines and develops the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members
Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
Coordinating the involved IT service teams in analyzing and resolving complex disruptions (e.G., network, database, or server operations)
Produces documentation according to Methodology
Monitoring and control supplier statement of work.
Management of possible incidents and coordination of the deployment of new applications.
Testing and functional QA of new versions and product developments.
Required Skills
Engineer (or equivalent graduate)
Knowledge in Digital Capabilities such as Linux, Java, BBDD, server administration
Knowledge in Liferay platforms is a plus.
Software development skills
Business analysis capabilities
Understanding of IT security requirements and connections in the IT architecture
Good communication skills
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
This job requires being allowed access to Spanish National Network, Export Control accreditation and clearance.
