As Head of Analytics & Reporting for the Connect PPG program, you lead analytics delivery across Phases 2 and 3, driving accurate reporting and strategic data insights. You will manage a cross-functional team, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure reporting capabilities align with the IT strategy. You will foster growth, expand expertise in SAP Datasphere and related tools, and influence decisions that enhance data-driven outcomes. This role offers a chance to shape ERP analytics as a differentiator within the organization.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Ensure accurate deployment of approved reports and capabilities for Connect PPG Phases 2 and 3
- Represent the Analytics & Reporting 2-in-a-box and collaborate with business representatives
- Assess reporting needs with the team and identify data-driven decision opportunities
- Drive analytics and reporting discussions and decisions across the program
- Develop influence within the Connect PPG program and advocate for ERP analytics as a differentiator
- Make business-aligned decisions that support the IT strategy
- Collaborate with Data Lake teams (Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers) to ensure seamless integration
- Evaluate AI opportunities and upskill in Databricks and other advanced technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge of SAP ERP and related tech
- Build xcskxlj and mentor a team to develop functional and technical expertise
Responsabilidades
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading medium to large-scale projects
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant area
- Good proficiency in English
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and related technologies
- Ability to plan, execute, and deliver within established timelines aligned with project goals and stakeholder expectations
