Learn more at brResponsibilities brSupporting the team to meet or exceed all team revenue targets for new and existing accounts. brUnderstand client project briefs to create proposals for those clients. brUse internal tools to create log project feasibility assessments for studies and full bid creation. brSend proposals/bids to clients. brDevelop excellent client relationships offering value-added input to their business. brFollow up bids and winning them. brInvoicing projects. brDevelop a strong working relationship with other functions such as Client service and delivery. brKeep track of progress on won projects and assisting with issue resolution if required. brInput all relevant information into the appropriate sales tracking databases, including bids, prospect and client contacts, and meeting reports. Required Experience brMicrosoft Excel Power Point proficiency essential br1-2 years of experience in a B2 B environment (preferred but not essential) brAbility to thrive in fast paced environment with the need to prioritise effectively and react in a timely manner to client demand. brProficiency in advanced applications of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com (desirable but not essential) brKnowledge of the Market Research industry and how clients in this space work (i.e. their challenges) is desirable but not essential. brAdvanced level of English Skills and Traits brExcel Proficiency: ability to create formulas and percentage calculations. brMathematical Skills: Basic maths proficiency, ability to calculate percentages and interpret data. brAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. brConsultative Approach: Positive attitude and ability to provide a tailored approach to client request, using your knowledge to create custom solutions. brCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams and ability to articulate the Toluna value proposition brDetail-Oriented: Accuracy in logging information, preparing bids, and invoicing. brDemonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment. brSuccess-driven with the ability to be flexible and self-motivated. brGrowth mindset to continuously develop skills and knowledge including participating in Toluna training as required.
