About the role
The International Key Account Manager – LCV is responsible for developing and managing Pan-EU key B2B international customers (corporate fleets, rental and leasing companies) within the Light Commercial Vehicle segment, with the goal of maximizing sales volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts (corporate fleets, short- and long-term rental companies, large corporate customers).
* Define and execute tailor‑made commercial strategies for each key account.
* Achieve assigned sales, market share, and margin targets.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and pricing conditions.
* Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, aftersales, finance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
* Support customers throughout the full sales cycle: quotation, order, delivery, and aftersales.
* Prepare regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in LCV B2B sales.
* Solid understanding of the EU LCV market and fleet dynamics.
* Proven negotiation skills with complex and structured contracts.
* Available to work on-site 5 days a week.
* Candidates shall be currently based in UK, Spain, Germany, Italy or France.
