At HCLTech we are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* At least 5 years of SAP Basis administration experience
* Strong understanding of SAP architecture, database management, and system tuning
* Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and patching
* Knowledge of SAP security, user administration, and transport management
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP system issues
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with SAP HANA and cloud-based SAP environments
* Certification in SAP Basis or related modules
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools
* Knowledge of related enterprise systems and integrations
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems
* Monitor system performance and implement improvements
* Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations
* Manage user access and security protocols
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP projects
* Document system configurations and procedures
