Brand Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Brand Development Strategy: Define a solid brand development strategy based on a deep understanding of our users, market, and competition.
* Marketing Strategy and Plan: Lead the development of a marketing strategy and plan, collaborating with marketing-related functions to execute the marketing plan, including creative, advertising, PR, social media, and EDM.
* Collaboration and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with product and operation functions to develop brand strategy and identify necessary resources to achieve brand goals.
* Marketing Materials Development: Guide the development of high-quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy.
* New Marketing Opportunities: Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years of working experience as a brand manager or marketing manager is a must.
* Market Experience: Experience in both traditional marketing and digital marketing in Spain or the Western European market is a plus.
* Passion for Building Brands: Passionate about building a brand from a zero or little base.
* Data Analysis: Strong data analysis capability.
* Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills.
* Language Proficiency: Proficient in English is a must; a certain level of mastery of Spanish is a plus.
