WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As Product Owner at Permisso, you'll be a driving force behind product development, working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs. Your mission: ensure we build the right product in the right way, at the right time.

• Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, sales, and design teams to define and execute product strategy.
• Own the product backlog: prioritize features, enhancements, and technical work based on impact and feasibility.
• Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Continuously gather and analyse customer feedback, data insights, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Ensure the product we deliver meets user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS company (extra points if in B2B).
• A strong understanding of agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
• Proven experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle and iterative development.
• Comfort working with UX/UI designers and developers to turn concepts into reality.
• Good understanding of how APIs work. You know enough to speak the same language as engineers and understand technical dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach — you're not afraid to dive into the details.
• Advanced level of English.

• Fixed annual compensation 45k-50k€ + 10% bonus.
