What You´ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer and technical support in English, ensuring every user feels heard and supported.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows, and more).
- Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Handle each interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism creating a positive experience for every customer.
What We´re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English (advanced level).
- Previous experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and related technologies is highly valued.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and people.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, stable contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00
- Salary range: 17000 - 20000 euros gross annual
