¿Qué harás en tu reciente puesto?
\n
- Oversees and monitors the maintenance plan for facilities and general buildings.
- Manages and tracks budgets and investments dedicated to equipment and facility maintenance and improvements, including external service providers.
- Selects, contracts, and supervises external companies performing maintenance tasks, service installations, and production system enhancements.
- Collaborates with Engineering teams on new installation projects.
- Ensures adherence to legal requirements related to installations and maintenance activities.
- Provides assistance to the Safety, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention Coordinator.
- Takes ownership of processes, ensuring activities align with Company Process.
- Applies and complies with the company's Code of Conduct.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CFGS or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in maintenance management and team leadership in industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of building and facility maintenance practices.
- Expertise in budget control and supplier management.
- Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
