Role: SAP Order-to-Cash Business Analyst (S/4 HANA)
We are looking for an IT Application Analyst with SAP experience to support and improve Order-to-Invoice / Order-to-Cash processes in a global SAP S/4 HANA environment.
This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, working closely with business stakeholders, the Application Manager and development teams to analyse processes, manage operational issues and deliver continuous improvements to SAP applications.
The position combines Business Analysis with operational application support, ensuring SAP O2 C processes run smoothly while driving enhancements across the system landscape.
What you'll do
Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams for SAP O2 C related topics
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
Support BAU operations of SAP O2 C applications and help analyse operational issues
Coordinate with SAP consultants and developers to deliver system improvements and enhancements
Prepare functional documentation, blueprints and solution designs
Participate in testing activities (UAT, validation, regression testing)
Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP-based business processes
Help prioritise business needs and prepare issues for delivery teams Who you are
You are a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with SAP exposure, comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams.
You enjoy understanding how business processes work, analysing problems and helping translate business needs into system improvements.
This role focuses on analysis, coordination and process improvement rather than hands-on SAP configuration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience working with SAP environments (ECC or S/4 HANA)
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processes
Knowledge of SAP SD, MM or PP modules
Exposure to other modules such as FI/CO or finance processes is a plus
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and functional documentation
Experience supporting UAT and system enhancements
Understanding of sales, logistics or supply chain processes
Experience working with international teams
Fluent English Nice to have
Experience with SAP integrations (SAP CPI, BTP or middleware tools)
Exposure to SAP Fiori or modern SAP interfaces
