Role
Responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise support a selection of clients
Main Responsibilities Delivery Key responsibilities:
1. Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
2. Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go lives ·
3. Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls and own the end to end payroll process with necessary sign offs.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook ·
5. Responsible for the updating, maintaining and enforcing of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs)and other process documentation ·
6. Ensure and Sign Off System Maintenance Testing ·
7. Support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure its fit for purpose ·
8. Responsible for the optimization of HR administrative processes driving efficiency and automation ·
9. Responsible for liaising with customer process leads regarding process gaps, client issues, and escalation handling maximizing client satisfaction.
10. Responsible for the resolution of technical issues escalated from the team and ensuring all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigate ·
11. Responsible for the resolution of functional issues escalated from the team and ensuring all processes are reported correctly and logged with the necessary details and evidences to redefine and enhance processes with the customer
12. Working with Operational Management, Transformation and Products to implement automation, innovation and any continuous improvement programmes
13. Responsible for the management of the legislation roadmap and ensuring the team are upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed

III. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Professional /Job Experience
31. Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll
32. Ability to identify and mitigate risks ·
33. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
34. Attention to detail ·
35. Excellent written and verbal skills
36. Self-motivated and a willingness to learn ·
37. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
38. Academic Degree Education and Training Essential
39. BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience
40. 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment ·
41. Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
Desirable:
42. HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred ·

Specific:
The AOR Benefit Services (changing to Special Services instead of Benefit Services) applies for Benefits at the UWV for different clients.
It’s for WAZO (Wet Arbeid en Zorg) for 3 different types of Benefit. AOR applies for benefits at the UWV, checks the UWV decision on correct data and daily wages, calculating the end of the WAZO leave and reports to the client. Check whether the correct amounts have been received from the UWV, if not, contact the UWV.
Safety net/Sickness Benefit Act. Apply for benefits from the UWV if possible, report changes in absenteeism status, check UWV decisions and check amounts received. If not correct, contact the UWV.
WIA/WAO: report 42-weeks to the UWV because of Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Send letters to employees for example announcement of the adjustment of the supplementary level, application for WIA Benefit etc. Calculate monthly deductions for incapacity for work and process it in the salary. Check UWV decisions and contact UWV and client by inaccuracy and process it.
EigenRisicoDragerschap (ERD) ZW en WGA: process the invoice of the UWV, forward it to the client and insurance company. Report employees to the insurance company when they are > 42 weeks ill. Send the necessary decisions to the insurance company.
And other related work for sick people of the client or to get a Benefit in the future because of Dutch regulations.
